Profile showing incorrect PBase size / usage

My profile is showing that my usage is 1,573/2,000 MB. The problem is I only have 4 photos on my page which are less than 2MB. I have no hidden or empty galleries. PBase still thinks I have 15 galleries. The incorrect usage is causing my credits to be depleted faster than they should be. I emailed PBase support a couple weeks ago and so far no response.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Hmm. When I go to your profile (of course, I'm not you, so I only see what's public) it shows:
View Galleries : jgayman has 15 galleries and 17 images online.
which doesn't quite jibe with 4 photos. It would seemingly still not account for 1573 MB. Via your 'All galleries' I see your inbox, and clicking that shows two photos and two galleries, each of the two galleries shows a few photos -- but not 17 total. I have to admit I never use my Inbox, and I do wonder if having child galleries off that confuses PBase, my galleries all start off "root" and I think "inbox" might have some special handling.

Another possibility that crosses what's left of my mind: Since I can't log in as you, I would not be able to see any private galleries you may have set up, they wouldn't even show up in the indexing. Are you logged in when you are looking around?

What I can see shows over 14 million hits, it would appear at some time perhaps you've had more stuff up than currently shows. Have these stats looked more sensible in recent history? There were some major disasters here on PBase, but the biggest disruption I can recall was circa 2009 when things were down for several days and pretty messed up when they slowly came back.

All very strange, but then this site, though it has some wonderful flexibility, does have a certain Twilight Zone aspect about it! Hopefully the support folks will eventually offer something. (Additional thought:) did you get an auto-response from that contact? I do recall some years back the email here was broken and some of those requests went to the rings of Saturn before The Management(tm) caught up with the email failures.

Good luck!
