upload button missing to Replace photo

I don't see the upload button to replace photo now. I see a button to choose file, but the upload button is missing.

Do you mean in the "Reupload Image" section?
I always have to scroll the page to see that part, but the "Browse" and "Upload Photo" buttons are still there for me.

I mean to upload a replacement photo. I already have a photo posted with a few comments, but I want to replace with a slightly larger fixed version of the same photo. I don't see a upload button now when doing that.

I found it at the bottom. The page was pushed down a little off the screen.
