Uploading problem

When I try to upload new images, it seems to proceed normally, then it says "Repaginated the gallery" but the images are not uploaded.

I cannot post either and tried at least 10 times for the same image and it kept looking like it was uploading and then just said Repaginated the gallery.

Please fix this ASAP.

I'm having the same issue and it also appears that someone else's image is trying to post in my gallery.
