With a web interface the spell checking is a function of the user's browser, not of the web site. (Not least because not everyone will be using the same language or variation of that language, meaning that a site-side rather than client-side spell checker would be largely useless.) All major browsers will allow the users own language (or languages) to be loaded as a dictionary, and will flag any misspelt comments, usually with a red squiggly line under them.
