"No Data" message

Why do I see "no data" available when I look to see which galleries and images have been viewed on my statistics page? Some days it works, other days it says "No Data Available" ... I send inquiry to pbase ,,, still no response.

If you are using stacounter they've been having some problems. I was showing no data as well. I contacted them and they straightened it out this morning.
