Displaying camera and lens information, galley.

Assuming that the photos in that gallery do have exif information embedded and that it has't been stripped out, then go to the gallery, select "Edit this gallery", then go to the "Gallery Details" tab, "Advanced Gallery Settings" at the bottom, and make sure that the "Display camera and EXIF information with photos" box is checked.
