Filtering on popular keyword search

There are a few words creeping into the popular keyword search which probably should be filtered out... especially under c...

I know you don't have to click on them if you don't want to but I guess it keeps it a bit more family friendly...

Edit - and whoever keeps spelling crotch as crutch sort it out
