search, display and edit own images by camera lens and othes

It would be really helpful to be able to see own images in many perspectives. I would like to see somewhere how many pictures of which lenses/cameras I have and in easy way be able to display and _edit_ these pictures. The same with locations and other indexes fields. Everything cross-galeries. I tried to search forum and help, but didn't find this is currently possible.
