Hebrew (and other non-English characters) - workaround

I had a need to show the hebrew letters in the gallery title. After reading all the posts, I found a solution that is based on the Unicode decimal codes. I am using this converter (http://rishida.net/tools/conversion/) and translating Hebrew text into codes. The problem is now that I am limited to shorted titles, since every single character now takes 6x more characters.

REQUEST: please enlarge the size of the TITLE field, since you are not solving the encoding per page for years!
