Place the PAD Gallery Tag at the Top

the entire new PAD gallery because the PAD Gallery tag is the VERY LAST LINE!
Thus, if my gallery has 900 images, which it does, I must wait for 900 images
to show up before I click the tag:
"Make this gallery your Photo-A-Day gallery".
Please place this tag at the top of the gallery listing.
