When you click on a link for the new Canon S100, you're brought to the page for the 11 year old, 2 MP camera of the same name. Please fix the link so we can see photos taken by others with newest Canon S100. Thank you.

Hi Gail,

I am still working on a solution to this. The problem is that the camera information in the exif (set by the camera) is exactly the same for the two different cameras. This exif information is what we use to map the photo to the correct camera in our database. People are still uploading images taken with the old s100. So, I am working on finding some other way to tell the difference between the two cameras for correct mapping. Hopefully, Canon will not do this with any other cameras.

Thanks,
Emily

I was finally able to find a way to differentiate between the two cameras. All new uploads (upload.pbase.com/edit_gallery or http://beta.pbase.com/edit) should be automatically mapped to the correct S100. I also adjusted existing images to point to the correct camera page. It may take a day or two before your old images start showing up in the sample images from the new S100 instead of the old S100.
