Password Protection Problem

Pictures in your Password Protected Galleries show up in the random pictures on your profile page permitting browsing in protected galleries. This is not good. Please fix.

Otherwise the password feature appears to be very good.

I logged out and could not reproduce the problem. When you're logged in as yourself, you'll be able to see all of your pictures - protected or not.

Hi,
I was not logged in. The protected gallery has nested galleries. Pictures in the nested galleries sometimes show up in the four random pictures on the profile page. Clicking on one of these pictures provides access to all the galleries beneath the protected gallery.

Maybe what I am asking for is that the nested galleries inherit the protection from the parent gallery. This does not seem to be the way it works.

It looks like my nested galleries did not inherit the passkey. Once I made sure that this was OK then it works as expected. The images in the nested galleries don't seem to show up in the random pictures either.

If I can figure out how, I'll delete this thread as it was my problem. Sorry.

I like the password feature.
