Adding CONVERTERS to the LENSES list ?

I often use a 1.4x or a 2x converter on my telelens, and I thought it could be a good idea to add those converters, such as the Nikon TC20-E III, to the lens list AND find a way to ATTACH the chosen converter to the chosen lens, so that one can have it in one's lens choice ?
...hope I have been clear ? (english not being my mothertongue, sometimes it's difficult to express oneself precisely
