Change the Padlock?

Could it be possible to change that padlock for at least a photographic one? It is as simple as change the url... pleaseeeee?

Oh Matias, that is so much better! I would have the wording 'Password Protected Gallery' a bit more prominent so that people don't assume that it is just a pic of a lock!

Hope slug can do something aboit this.

Just for the record: That Picture is not mine... I just search for a "padlock" image in google and a lot of these images came... I´m assuming that is an anonimus picture. And It is available for everybody in Google. But, if there is a problem with that, we should take a very similar picture and that´s it!!!

C´mon everybody! Post your opinions and vote!

Can´t hardly say 6 votes is a representative number if PBase has more than 45000 users... But my point is that the mayority (3 vs 2 vs 1) think we should have a single formal unique image for the password galleries (one that could be easy recognizable), "but not that thing"...

Please; if you don´t agree tell us so

Matias, the photos you find in a Google search do not belong to Google and are not free to use, Google is simply a search engine. The photo is from someone's website, and presumably the website holds the copyright to that photo or has been given the right to use it by the copyright holder. Hope this helps

I don't understand why it just can't be any photo in one's gallery?!?!?! That seems the logical choice to me.

Because its needs to be the same for people browsing the entire site just like the bar at the top of the page. If it is that major of a deal put all your password protected galleries in a sub gallery and have one small image for a thumnail with a title like " password protected galleries.

There comes a point when you should ask,"Do I want a photo hosting service or am I wanting my own web page" and all the options, contorls and headaches that go along with it.

No it doesn't HAVE to be the same. It is my gallery...I should be able to display it however I want. It would be a simple change/option. That way you can keep it the way you like and I can do it my way.

I have the same opinion as thresholdprod.. I think it could be better if there is a single image, but I do undertstand those that preffer multiple choices from the protected gallery. That would be my opinion.

However looks like the big majority agrees that the actual thumb does not like us.
