I'm not sure to what extent the forums are monitored for things like this. There was a burst of enthusiasm about 2 months ago but as those of us who have been here for a few years know, that tends to fizzle out rapidly.

I suggest following the approach mentioned in PBase Help:

How do I request a new camera/lens to be added to the list?
If you use a camera or lense that is not currently in the database, you can request that it be added.
Just send an email to cameras@pbase.com

In my own experience (and yes, I know of others whose mileage has varied here), that account does seem to be monitored though admittedly it's been a while since I've needed to make such a request.

I’ve used the cameras@pbase.com email and had a lens added successfully a few days ago. No picture of the lens, but at least the option to link the lens.. Flickr is the better place to search for lens examples these days..

And by "best" I assume that you mean:
- I Submit a request for the OM Systems OM5 to be added on 29 January;
- You let your 'bot send out an acknowledgement of the request (request 18815);
- You ignore it for 2 weeks;
- I send a reminder on 15 February asking when you might have a chance to get to it;
- You ignore that;
- I send a further reminder to you asking for an update on 23 February.
- You ignore that.
- Apparently you randomly process other requests in the meantime.

Meanwhile, I raised the same issue with Flickr this afternoon my time. THEIR response time? 23 minutes. And I wasn't even expecting that since it's after 10pm on the US east coast.

So, yeah, I'm glad I qualified my suggestion in the earlier post with "though admittedly it's been a while since I've needed to make such a request".

I’ve sent two requests a week apart to add Canon RF35 f1.8 IS STM. How about it? Any idea when you might be able to do that? I was pretty encouraged by the last request I made to add a lens which someone (you?) did really quickly, given the pleas of past users here on Pbase to add a lens. Back to the usual lax response?
