I'm sure she won't mind if I post it here for infomational purposes.

"The search ranking algorithm is still very much in development. Right
now, it looks at image titles, captions, keywords, and location. When we
are done with it, things will work much like google for searching. I do
notice that several of your galleries show up when searching for West
Virginia... very nice.

As for the problem with customer support, we are aware of this and are
working on it. Right now, there are only 3 PBase employees, but we are
working to expand this. Please let me know if you ever need anything."

So I'm still not sure of how it ranks while searching but at least they're working on it and I'm sure it will be functional pretty soon. It'll be nice when it starts updating and the search results change more frequently.

Changes I made yesterday appear now so that is fine (I think)
