Instead of the same rotating pool of galleries at the root page of the site, why not link it in the the popular galleries section?

because i don't want porn on the front page of pbase
and there are ways of manipulating the popular galleries if someone has the urge to cheat.
that was the original intention of the voting system, as a method of allowing the viewers to essentially choose those, but there is still not enough voting going on to avoid the possibility of someone skewing the votes.
