modified CSS similar to webdev

What I'd like is for the thumbnails to appear black and white (and less opaque) until your mouse hovers over them.

Can anyone help me out with this?

I don't know any HTML so I can't help you I am at the stage of being impressed when I manage to change the background colour

I took a look at your gallery and I was really impressed, how did you do it the only problem I can think of is that it distracts from the photographs there.

Hi Angella....I like the layout of your galleries but I am with Ilan. Just my opinion but I would say by not showing any colour upon entering your galleries you may be turning a few people away. I could be wrong and I really like the design you have set up but sometimes b/w just does not do justice to thumbnails.

Warning...I am a colour guy so I ma be biased.
