Style sheets looks good in edit but not when its updated?

Having a little trouble editing a style sheet. I have updated my style sheet and it looks good, but when I go back to my gallery to see the changes the background is white and my banner is missing? Any suggestions?

I see a darker color and a banner.. looks ok to me..
