As far as I know, it can't be done. You have to set each gallery's stylesheet individually. It would be great idea to atleast let the user choose one style sheet as his default, so that when I create a new album, this style sheet is automatically assigned to it.

One method would be to create a new CSS for yourself, name it, code it and point all your galleries to it. Obviously that may take a bit of time initially but when you want to change your style sheet in the future you would only have to cut and paste the code into your named sheet inorder to change all your galleries to your new style.

You could of course create further style sheets to use as backups or to develop new style sheets. It works for me!
