And since we really have trouble with IE and the rest of the browsers, why not?

yeah it's okay for us but how can you get your viewers to stop using IE?
And CSS tht we made is to be viewed by all sorts of users anyway.

I think it is a mammoth task although I am all for it (elimination of IE)
