Generated Thumbnails: Titles field empty

Hi,

I wrote about this detail in the old forum, but it wasn't addressed. PBase generates thumbnails and associates a text in the ALT field ; however, according to CSS spec, to display a "tooltip" when your mouse is over the thumbnail, the correct field to update is TITLE field.

Since users don't have access to HTML generated, is it possible to correct this small detail.

the title field is filled in with the image's caption if one exists.
the alt is not incorrect. it's used for browser's that don't display the image.
i know viewing pbase with lynx is mostly pointless, but it's still fairly lynx friendly.
