I have been playing with borders of my pictures in Photoshop and now I like to get rid of the 2 pixel grey border in the Alexc template.

Not for all uploaded pictures, only for those that still are to be uploaded.

Who can help me?

This can only be done if future uploads will be in separate galleries from past uploads - you can't have differing styles for pictures within a gallery.

If you will be creating new galleries for future uploads there is no problem - create a new stylesheet, paste in the alexc code, and play around with the border settings.
