Can we use javascript for mouseover code? if not is there any other alternatives? thanks

Javascript has been heavily curtailed on Pbase. Mainly because of spammers and hackers. Why don't you send the code off to Pbase at support@pbase.com, maybe they will be able to implement it if they know how it works.Maybe not...but it doesn't hurt to ask.
