How to get profile, galleries, slideshow header?

By using Luis Borruel's base style sheet, I seem to have gotten rid of the header right underneath the Pbase header. It says things like Profile, All Galleries, tree view, thumbnails, slideshow.

I've searched and can't find anything. How can I get it back?

Is the problem on one of the galleries? I can still see what you're referring to on the pages I looked at.

Edit: OK, I see what you mean now, try changing the margin settings you have for "table" in your style sheets. Right now it is causing the menu to be pushed up above the viewable section of the webpage.
