I've read some of the entries about removing the Pbase.com Menu but how do I insert a navigation menu similar to this page

I'de like to lay beneath my title banner (the parquet flooring will soon go away). The banner is a .jpg that's written into the description.

Curious... is there a better way to insert the banner?[/url]

Thanks Dang... I'm trying to sift out just the language for the menu.

Not knowing much about CSS or html, it's an uphill challenge.
