Comment box at top, before comment list

Do you guys know of any way to get the comment box in the gallery to show up above the listed comments rather than at the bottom?

I know that clicking on the "post a comment" link would load a page with the comment box right on top(!!!) but what I want is the default page to show the pics first, then the comment box and the list of existing comments. Anyone has done that?

I'm fooling around with putting

I had tried something similar, works in Firefox but not in opera. Haven't tried on IE. Thanks for trying..
