Recently updated galleries box

Is there a way I can add this list to the front page of my gallery? http://www.pbase.com/rparent/root&view=recent

I'm actually just interested in showing the recent additions with the update time and date. I currently have to manually input the date that i updated my recent additions section. Maybe i can embed it into the front page? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Since you cannot use any form of scripting on Pbase, I wouldn't think this is possible. Someone better at html (I just know the basics) than me may have the answer but I don't know of a way to do it and wouldn't think it possible.
