Font type in the Description?

I would like to change the font type in the Description box without affecting the font of the CSS.
I would like to change it to 'Comic Sans MS' and also change the size and colour. Is this possible and how?
The other thing I would like to remove from the CSS is the 'click on thumbnails for full image' at the bottom left of the page.
I hope you can help with this.
