Can I use html FRAMES to design my site here?

I have a site design I would like to try that uses html FRAMES. Is that allowed on Pbase? I am thinking not....if yes could I be pointed to a Pbase site that uses them? I might be able to do the design with an IMAGE MAP though which I believe can be done at Pbase although I cannot find a site here that has one for the life of me.

Hi and welcome
No you can't use frames directly on Pbase. If you want a website that uses frames, you have to host it yourself on another server and then you could load your Pbase site in one of the frames.
An image map is possible and works fine - here's an example:
