Hello,

My site background is light grey, but when playing a standard SLIDESHOW, there is a black background in between the changing pictures.
So when a pictures fades away and before the next one appears, the background of the changing pictures is black instead of light grey.

What do I have to do so that this black square has the same color as my page background (light grey)?

The slideshow just inherits the background from whatever element, DIV etc, it is placed in. You could try and set background for #inline_slideshow
But do you have a page with the slideshow where the problem exist? If so I will have a look and tell you exactly what you need to do.

Thanks in advance for your reaction.

I'm not sure if I've been clear ... (don't think so myself)
I didn't mean the new Slideshow option that can display 30 images maximum, but the standard one at the right upper corne of a gallery.
Anyway, this link shows the problem:

The black is the transition between slides, I see it with Internet Explorer but not Firefox or Safari. I can't offer any advice to fix it unfortunately.

I was confused, thought you meant the javascript version

Try adding this to your css and the change the value for background to the colour you presently use.

#slideshow_image_container
{
display:inline;
background: black;
}
