I have searched the forum but couldn't find the answer.
Can somebody tell me how I can edit my profile page?
I copied the css of a page that I like (want to change the color a bit later) but I can't find the place where to put this css.

A custom CSS for the profile page must be loaded via your 'message' on the profile page. It sounds a bit odd, but that's how it's done. So after you create and save the profile CSS on PBase as you would with a gallery CSS, go to your profile page, select 'edit message' and make the entry anywhere in the message box, then save it. Here's an example of the code, just substitute your CSS number for mine:

Code: Select all
<Style>@import Url("http://css.pbase.com/styles/116581.css");</style>

If you want to eliminate the CSS, delete the code from the message and save it. Replacing the CSS with a different one only requires changing its number in the code and saving the change. The code needs to be there permanently for a custom CSS to load.

I hope this helps.

Thank you Doug for the help so far. I just found this topic http://forum.pbase.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=38991&hilit=profile+edit+message&sid=0125ac80c7318a8374f1cae064dc92b9 where it was also explained. But, and that is probably very stupid of me, I can't find the "edit message"button on my profile page.
Where can I find that?

Hi Marga, you need to be logged in, then go to your profile page. The 'edit message' is a click-on at the bottom of the message you have the option of entering - I noticed that you do not have a message, so your's will probably have only the 'edit message' and a horizontal separator line. Here's mine, so you know where to look..

Thank you Doug I found it and I adjusted the profile page.
Perhaps I will add some small changes, but for now I am satisfied.
