Trying to change appearance of text/font for gallery links

I am just starting to play with CSS customization. On many of the pages that I like, the name of the linked galleries no longer has the default 'double colon' before and after the gallery name. I.e. ::my pets::

How do I get rid of that? I'd like to have just plain text for the gallery names. I.e. my pets

Hello, Gretchen!
It doesn’t depend on CSS
You should go to your profile page and select
“edit your account settings”
when you click on that you’ll see another page
and at the top line you should select
“Appearance”,
clicking on it you’ll get to another page and you’ll find
“Gallery Title Delimiter”
By that in the little related menu you can choose your favourite option to make the galleries titles appear like you prefer,
without any double colon or any sign.
