Good day,

Need for correcting my profile page which as fllws:
http://www.pbase.com/shipsinthespotlight/profile

I made a request to Pbase already more than 3 weeks ago but.... no response whatsoever !

The problem in your profile page doesn’t depend on PBase, but on the CSS you use for it.
If you delete it, your profile page is perfectly visible in the default mode of PBase.
I might suggest to you to delete from your message text on the profile page the following line of code

Code: Select all

<style>@import url("http://css.pbase.com/styles/89138.css");</style>


Your profile page will be visible properly, and then you can always manage to find another CSS which doesn’t create problems in your profile page layout.
I have also noticed that you have two images missing in your profile page, it seems the URL is wrong.

Tks for yr speedy reply and help.

I have been in CSS using Firefox Web Developer. So far so good.

Went to Edit CSS but i could only find <style>@import url("http://css.pbase.com/styles/89138.css");</style>on the top op the page.
So not possible to delete it.
Then I went to Miscellaneous and further to edith HTML.
On this page i could trace this style sheet and remove accordingly. This was also immediately reflected on the right page side.
Afterwards i deleted the entire text in the CSS 89138 style sheets page and copied the complete HTML style sheet on the left .

However by going back to my site nothing happened !

So i am doing something wrong with making these changes permanent !
Can you assist me further ? Can you make these changes for me ? my login being shipsinthespotlight password 312222
