Request for style sheet contributions

Is it possible for some of our more web-clever folks to contribute any new/attractive/unique style sheets to the default choices? I'm not smart enough to start from scratch or extract elements from others' galleries for my own use. I HAVE figured out how to change simple things like background color or the different texts (whoopee for me!!) but tweaking hovers, opacity, or 3-D frames defeats me. I enjoy being able to choose one that's already perfect!
