I figured out where to put the HTML !! Now... I need a place to learn what codes to use to do what I want to do . I can play around but I need somewhere to begin.

I would like to frame my pictures

I would like to decorate the sides without it being the entire background.

Anyone know how to do these things please give me the code...

I figured out how to change the background but I am not sure how I did it.

Go to this thread:

and slug explains how to copy a style sheet.
Then go copy one that does what you are looking for (frames, etc) and see the code there, or better yet, just copy the code into yours.
I'm a newbie too, and this is what I have been doing, for lack of a better method.

I used Front Page to figure out what all the codes did. I still cant figure all of it out, like how to highlight the image, not the box around the image, when hovering.

But the editor allowed me to see the changes with the thumbnails immediatly.
