Let's see what I can do here.

Before I forget,

daisy - nice shot. very original
jo - the grain in your shots (especially the two last ones) really reminds me of Tri-X, are they scans or digitally taken, if their digital how 'd you get the grain? BEAUTIFUL work by the way.

Anyway here's mine:

Some really wonderful photos here. I especially like the branches by Polyvios, and the panda by Chuck, and that winding street by Keith, the hands by yfsm, the kids by Daisy, the feet and shadow by Jill, the broom by Gene wilburn, a lot of Jo’s stuff, and ...wow...this is one great thread!

Here’s another of mine.

This is weird. The forum must have its own cache. After seeing this posted, I decided I'd like it better cropped more, so I edited the last pic I posted here and redid the post. I edited in the gallery itself keeping the same image number, and in the gallery now it displays as I edited/cropped it, but here, even after deleting the post twice and clearing my own cache, it still shows the old version. Very odd. I even tried viewing it with a different browser, and still see the old image. The correct version is at http://www.pbase.com/image/24338338 ...see if it's showing the same version in both places for you.

Phyllis, I think it has to do with the linking server. Seems like I remember a discussion on this somewhere. The first time you posted it, a copy was made on the "linking" server. After you changed your version, the linking server takes a while to catch up or something like that.

You know how I am with this technical stuff. Duhhhh :D
