Winter Visit To Eastern Sierras - Mono Lake & Bodie

Spent four days skiing in the mornings and photographing in the afternoons at Mammoth Mtn, Mono Lake, and Bodie Ghost Town. The road into Bodie was closed for the winter, and snow covered, but we went in on a Honda 4-wheel ATV and had the whole town to ourselves. Hard, cold, work, however, trudging through knee high snowdrifts to get those special images. The light in winter is crystal clear and sharp, and presents a totally different look to a much photographed site.
