Yaaa, afraid there is something about old age and color coordination. As your eyes age they lose the ability to differentiate subtle differences in colors. Bright colors become more appealing because suble colors just aren't there. That said, the amount of color perception loss varies with individuals, so it may be that these ladies just like bright colors. I know I like them! Even if you're old, you might as well have a good time!

in guatemala the color is everywhere but the older women are extraordinary. i'm not sure i've got the inserting image thing down put here's hoping...

I like the second edition better. I think she jumps right out of the picture with the backgound in black and white.

It was a close race, though.
