Post sensor cleaning of your digital camera before and after

To do this, take a picture of the sky with the largest f-stop. If you have Photoshop first do an image adjust with AUTOLEVEL. Then do an image adjust with CURVE. In CURVE pull from center to right to expose the maximum visible number of dust particles on your sensor.

This is the first time I tried to clean the sensor of my Canon 10D. There must be someone who could do a better job than this, if not by the blowing method suggested by the operation manual, perhaps by the Copperhill swabbing method. What do you say?
