I agree with you that there is a difference between "the same photo" and "photo of the same scene". But I don't know how one would define that difference.
After taking a photo of the big clock at the Musée d'Orsay from the inside, I noticed that a lot of people on PBase had the same idea. I like the idea of the museum being filled with lots of artistic treasures, but the thing that makes the biggest impression on a lot of people is an "accidental" view of the wrong side of a clock.
