I need your advice

I need feedback on my work in order to keep improving.

Please browse my gallery and express your critique on the poll.

Feel free to leave other comments and suggestions (good or bad) you think will help me to improve.

I didn't feel any of your poll questions apply after looking through your galleries.

I felt that your composition style is very pleasant. You have many different perspectives in you photography. I would say that is your strong point.

Things I noticed. I am not sure if you post process or not, but it seems like you are trying to find more than the image offers. Things like sharpness and saturation. Try to work with what your equipment has to offer and not try to push the image further than it's capable of going.

I noticed a small amount of technicle issues, shutter speed, focus, but not anything that many of us also share. Not being sure how long you have been shooting, it just comes with time and experience.

I am no expert, but I wanted to give you a little more of my opinion.

Great work!

Steve

Thank you a lot Steve. I will really consider your suggestion in the future.

Get to know what I see and, through that, who I am.

It's really hard to tell by looking at your work. It is all over the place.

You should add another choice to your poll ALL OF THE ABOVE. I like some of your photos such as the pool photo at night while some of the others were kind of lifeless like the 2001 Florida photo. Was that the only picture or the only impression you got from Florida?

I liked the photos of your home country. The pictures of the flags were quite vivid and colorful. It is nice to see national pride in other coutries. Your Library gallery was interesting from the perspective that there were topless women on the front of magazine covers. That is something you NEVER see in the US. Otherwise, unless you were the photographer for those covers, they were simply reproductions of someone elses work. (You might want to read the Terms of Service on that)

I would respectfully disagree with your previous poster.

Try to work with what your equipment has to offer and not try to push the image further than it's capable of going.

I think that every photo has unlimited possibilities. Push your photos anyway you want. Sometimes by just playing around you can surprise yourself. Click on this link to see a "nice" color photo. (notice there are no comments on this photo)

Read the caption below it and click on the link to one of the most commented on picture in all my galleries.

My recommendation: Take down the Library Gallery and fill that space with more of your Travel photos. You have got to have more photos of Florida than just one.
