A classic/cliche overlook redeemed only by the fact that Harper's Ferry is small enough to never have been heard of :) I shot this from atop sheer 600-foot cliffs that practically dive into the river. You'll find photos taken from this location on postcards, travel brochures, and even the Harper's Ferry National Park website. I shot these two weeks ago. I was late getting up the mountain and I was early for autumn. I'm returning this weekend for a sunrise shot in the height of the area's fall colors. Wish me the luck that photographers need!
