made a small selection of photos of what i think are decent. Can you guys help me by seeing my pros and cons? it's hard finding decent photography classes (that i can understand) in this small niche of China... harder to comprehend photography books written in Simplified Chinese.

Where are you exactly, and were you looking for classes in English or Chinese?

There's an excellent class in English in Hong Kong run by Craig Norris.

i wish i was back in Hong Kong, but I'm working in Dalian right now. There's barely an english speaking population here, most white guys here speak Russian and German.

i don't mind taking a course in mandarin, but i don't know who is good. There are a lot of fakes running around with a camera and a ponytail, and a lot of them are decent photoshop manips. but all of those are working in the "Wedding" industry. Also, I barely see anyone with a digital camera around, not being the main point, but digital pictures just feels a lot different and seems to require different standards to shoot than film. (i used to use a nice little amateur Canon EOS 300D about 8-9 years ago)
