How do you link your picture in this thread?

Can someone post an EXACT step by step process on how to link your pictures in this thread?
I am a beginner at this site.
I really wanted to join in on all the posting fun!!

1. Go to the image in your gallery to which you want to link.
2. Swipte the address bar / URL and copy it.
3. Go to the forum thread to which you want to post this image.
4. Reply to the thread - above the reply box, you'll see a row of buttons...
5. Press the [Img] button once (it'll then turn into [Img*] ) and you'll see "[img]" appear in your reply box.
6. Remember copying the URL? Now paste it after that [img].
7. Here's the bit that some people forget... ADD ".jpg" to your link.
8. NOTE for the original image, add ".jpg", but for other sizes, add "/medium.jpg" for medium, "/large.jpg" for large, etc.
8. Click that [Img*] button again. You'll see [/img] appear after your image URL.

So basically your syntax should look like this:

[ img]http://www.pbase.com/yourusername/longnumber.jpg[ /img]

It's even easier if you are using Firefox....

Go to your image in your PBase gallery, right click, use copy image location
Go to the forum, click on the "img" button once, right click and paste or hit ctrl v, then hit the "img" once more.

Here's an important part, but not neccessary if you don't care if people visit your pbase galleries or not (besides, they need only click on the link on your name on your post): You just copy and paste the URL that is in your web address location bar on the top of your browser and paste it into your post at the end.

p.s. Make full use of the excellent "preview" button. That way you can edit how your post will look.
