There's something about the rickety wooden dock thing that encloses the scene and makes it feel "restrictive"...an advertisement like this should probably convey a greater sense of freedom and openness with no obstacles to the boat (which is metaphorically waiting for its passenger, the customer).

I also noticed the rickety dock. The adventerous would see this as a challenge, something rustic waiting to be tamed. While others might find it unfinished, crude and/or uncivilized. The boat in the distance is more of a distraction. Boat needs to be larger if you want to emphasise it. Otherwise take it out.

The dock looks incomplete - a tourist isn't likely to be able to use the dock as it is, so it isn't so much inviting as off-putting. Looking at it again, if you had separation of the boat from the dock, you could delete it entirely or crop it somewhat, again difficult because it doesn't look usable. Exotic and rustic works. The dock doesn't.

My biggest problem - again, you are trying to bring out a fantasy island environment, a get-away, etc., would be the use of plastic bottles as floats. I'm not sure you can get rid of them, maybe change the color? They look like, and could be, gallon milk jugs from the trash - not an invitation to paradise but an intrusion from civilization.
