There have been some very interesting comments. I am glad that folks found the gallery to be thought-provoking, as I had hoped that it would be, though I was rather surprised that it was interpreted to be anti-American, as that was not really my intention.
My thoughts were more along the lines of revealing the odd and absurd in vernacular retail signage, as well as a wry wink and nod to the fact that patriotism is used to sell (in oh so many ways).
Of course, everything is open to interpretation, and every opinion is valid. THANK YOU!
