Well-fed spider

I took a little series of this small spider feeding on a gnat. Here the spider seems to look at the camera. Look at the skull-icon on its back. Killing machine. The insect is completely sucked dry and the spider's body is quite a lot bigger. See it here:

I used a Nikon D70 with a Nikkor Micro 55mm ais lens, PK-13 extension at maximum enlargement, and a Sunpak 622 Super Pro with a Lumiquest Midibouncer. 1/100 f16 and the flash at 1/8 power. This time it was a little different to the setup I describe in my macro album at:
