When will the "RED X" problem be solved?

It's now more than a week that many of us have been complaining about our images in various galleries not coming up after clicking on thumbnails.

Not only has the problem not been corrected,you seem to feel that an answer to these complaints is not even required. Pretty poor way to run a store.

zizzor, I think most of us are aware of that the site is run by slug and a couple of college girls so we sort of set our expectations accordingly when it comes to support and forum activity by the site owner.

I would assume they are off for the holidays.

Most of the time things work well here.
