Newbie from Cotswolds, UK

Hello, first time with a pbase gallery myself, although I have been looking at the photos here for a while. I'm from England and am mainly interested in nature shots and ones of my Labradors.

Anyway, take a peek if you want... or not... (As I get more confident here I'll try to upgrade and add more.)

Any tips would be muchly appreciated, both for my photos and for how to use pbase itself... for a start I wasn't sure what size images to use... have I got that bit right?

Cheers, Sharon :)

Welcome Sharon – love your frogs!
I checked your gallery (nice nature shots btw) and the image size works fine for me.

Thankyou earthling. I went and had a look at your photos, very much enjoyed the bees on the lavender! We haven't had many out here yet.

arrr.. gemmf... I looked at your images too and feel very humbled. I have some practising to do eh? Loved the spiders, don't they have the biggest bodies? Do you think that when they get really big they are female and full of tiny spiders? Do they do that? Or do they lay eggs?

Cheers, Sharon :)

Thanks, Sharon.

Yes, spiders are fascinating creatures, aren't they? Larger ones are usually the females, and their body is the largest when they carry the eggs. I think some of them lay thousands of them, but only tiny proportion of them actually survive. Tiny spiders are very cute too. :)

Lovely gallery Sharon - particularly liked the frogs and the Exmoor pony.

Here's one I took this weekend
